Account

Account & subscriptions

Handle registration, sign-in, subscription imports and device changes. When a subscription issue occurs, confirm the account status in the user panel before reviewing the client’s local configuration.

Do I need an email address to sign up for VPNVK?

No email address is required. Create an account with a username and password. Use the username to sign in, choose one that is easy to remember and not reused with other services, and store the password securely. After registration, open the user panel to choose a plan. Once the subscription is active, use the panel to get your subscription details and the client entry for your platform.

Where can I get my subscription link, and what should I do after it is updated?

Sign in to the user panel and find the current subscription under the account overview or client section, then import it into your client. When the route list changes, update the subscription or refresh the configuration in the client instead of repeatedly creating configurations with the same name. If old routes still appear, delete the old local configuration, copy the subscription from the user panel again, and import it. Keep subscription details only on your own devices.

Do I need to buy another plan after changing devices?

No. You do not need to purchase again when changing devices. VPNVK supports unlimited devices, so the same account’s active subscription can be used on Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux. Sign in to the user panel on the new device, get the client and subscription, and import them again. When retiring the old device, remove any saved subscription configuration to avoid leaving subscription details behind.

What should I do if I forget my login password or cannot access the user panel?

First, confirm that you entered the username used during registration, and check capitalization, spaces and input method status. If your browser saved an old password, enter it manually to prevent autofill from replacing the correct value. If you still cannot sign in, open the recovery process from the login page. If self-service recovery is unavailable, use the ticket option in the user panel and include your username and the message shown, then wait for verification.

Connection

Connections & troubleshooting

Connection issues usually come from subscription cache, system permissions, split-tunneling rules or the local network. Troubleshoot them in order to avoid changing several settings at once and losing track of the cause.

The client says it is connected, but one app still cannot be accessed. What should I do?

First check the split-tunneling rules instead of repeatedly toggling the connection. Confirm whether requests from the app are being routed to the local connection by rule mode, and check that the client has system network permission. Temporarily switch to global mode for comparison: if it works there, the issue is likely rule matching. If it still does not work, update the subscription, try another route in the same region, fully quit the app and reopen it.

No routes appear after importing the subscription. What should I check?

First confirm that you copied the complete subscription content without extra spaces at either end or any page instructions. Check that the plan is active, then manually update the subscription in the client. If the old and new configurations have the same name, the client may keep using its cache; remove the old configuration before importing again. If the list is still empty, use the platform-specific client entry in the user panel and attach the error message to a ticket.

How should I troubleshoot failed or repeatedly dropped route connections?

Close and re-establish the connection, then switch to another route in the same region to distinguish a route-specific issue from a local network issue. Try a different Wi-Fi or wired network, and check that the system clock is accurate and the client has network permission. If no routes connect, update the subscription and restart the client. If the issue persists, include the platform, route name, connection method and the client’s original error in a ticket.

What should I do if I suddenly cannot connect after a system or client update?

A system update may reset network extensions, background operation or local proxy permissions. Open system settings and confirm that the relevant permissions are still enabled, then fully quit and restart the client. If it retained an old configuration, update the subscription; if that does not help, import the current subscription again. Do not run multiple clients that control system networking at the same time, as they may overwrite ports, network extensions or proxy settings.

Routing

Speed & routes

Route selection should account for the target region, connection method and specific use case. Do not judge by the route name alone, and do not change multiple variables during a single test.

Video playback stutters during peak hours. How should I switch routes?

Keep the target region unchanged and compare its IEPL, relay and direct routes in turn. Changing both the region and route type at once makes the cause harder to identify. After switching, reopen the video page so the service can detect the exit environment again. If quality drops automatically, pause loading briefly and check whether the connection is stable. If several routes perform poorly, test another local network and include the region, route name and usage scenario in a ticket.

How should I choose between IEPL, relay and direct routes?

For stable browsing, long-lived work connections or continuous playback, try an IEPL route first. If the path from your local network to the target region is poor, compare relay routes. Direct routes suit cases where the path is already smooth and fewer intermediate hops are preferred. A route name describes the connection method and does not guarantee the same performance in every situation. Choose based on your local network, target region and specific use case.

What should I do if a streaming service or AI tool says the region is unavailable?

Choose a route that matches a region where the target service is available, then fully quit and reopen the website or app. If you previously used another region, browser cache, the login session or location permissions may retain old regional information; compare with a new browser session. If the message remains, switch to another route in the same region rather than jumping between regions repeatedly. Some services also determine region from account details, which network routing cannot change.

Which regions does VPNVK cover, and how can I quickly find the right route?

VPNVK provides 110+ countries / 180+ routes. Choose the target region based on your purpose: use the relevant region for region-limited content, and compare nearby, stable routes for everyday browsing. Then compare IEPL, relay and direct routes within that region. Do not lock yourself to one route based only on its region name; local carrier networks, access times and target services can change.

Billing

Billing & refunds

Monthly subscriptions and data packages use different data rules. Before ordering, upgrading or requesting a refund, check the order, current cycle and selected plan.

What are the monthly subscription prices, and when does data reset?

Monthly subscriptions are ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date, not at the start of each calendar month. Check the current cycle shown in the user panel when reviewing remaining data. If your usage has changed noticeably, observe your usual devices and scenarios before choosing a more suitable monthly tier.

Do data packages expire, and what are they best for?

Data packages remain available until used and never expire. Prices are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB and ¥658/3000GB. Unlike monthly subscriptions that reset on the activation date, they suit irregular usage and users who prefer to consume data as needed. Before choosing one, decide whether you need a fixed allowance for each cycle or data that remains available for gradual, long-term use.

How is a mid-cycle upgrade to a monthly subscription calculated?

The price difference for a mid-cycle upgrade is converted into remaining days. Before proceeding, check the current plan, remaining period and target plan in the user panel, then submit the upgrade to avoid confusing it with renewal. After upgrading, refresh the account overview and subscription details, then update the subscription in the client so the local configuration matches the current account status.

Which payment methods are supported, and how do I request a refund?

VPNVK supports Alipay / WeChat / USDT and offers a 7-day no-questions-asked refund. To apply, submit a ticket in the user panel with the relevant order details and request. Do not submit only screenshots that cannot be linked to an order. Refund eligibility and processing rules are governed by the Terms of Use. Keep the ticket record and add any requested information in the same ticket for continuous review.
